Ring Sizing Guide

We are pleased to offer complimentary sizings on all ring purchases.

Please note:

- This service is only valid on the first ring sizing, and your free sizing will remain valid for 1 year after purchase.

- Thereafter, ring sizing are chargeable - please Contact Us for cost.

- Sizings usually take up to 2 weeks, but can vary depending on busy periods for our jeweller. We will always try and get rings sized as quickly as possible, and it you have a special event you need it back for, we will do our best to accommodate you if possible.

- Certain rings cannot be sized and these will be marked as such. Certain styles can only be sized a small amount up or down due to setting styles etc., so if you are looking to size a ring substantially, please contact us to check before purchasing as some may either not be possible, or incur a charge.

- If you don't know your finger size, we would be happy to send a complimentary ring sizer to you, or for more accuracy, you can pop into our store to be sized.

- If you are purchasing a ring as a gift, or an engagement ring and don't know their size, we recommend saving your free sizing until after the recipient has received their ring, or after you have proposed. Just send your ring back to us via secure post with a note of the size, or visit us at our York store and we will measure their finger.
