Supplier’s Guarantee

1. Guarantee Coverage

Cavendish Jewellers Limited (“The Supplier”) guarantees that the Product supplied to the original purchaser (“The Customer”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

2. What Is Covered

This guarantee covers:

  • Defects in material and workmanship.
  • Parts and labour for repair or replacement of defective parts.

3. What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Wear and tear from normal use.
  • Consumables and accessories not included in the original product.
  • Damage due to accidents or natural disasters.

4. Guarantee Claim Procedure

To make a guarantee claim, the Customer must:

  1. Contact Cavendish Jewellers at 01904 670006 or sales@cavendishjewellers.co.uk
  2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).
  3. Describe the issue with the Product.

The Supplier may require the Customer to return the Product, or a part of it, to an authorized service centre at the Customer's expense. The Supplier will cover the cost of return shipping if the warranty claim is valid.

5. Remedies

If the Product is found to be defective within the warranty period, the Supplier will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective Product at no charge.
  • Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product.
  • Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in this warranty, the Supplier shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in the Product.

7. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. No Other Guarantees

This guarantee is the only guarantee provided by the Supplier. No other express or implied guarantees, including but not limited to implied guarantees of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are made.
