Each and every item we sell is beautifully packaged, ready to present to your loved one. All our items of diamond jewellery are delivered in a stunning jewellery presentation case. The style of this presentation box varies.However, all the various styles of packaging for our items of diamond jewellery are shown below for your interest.

Delivery

At Cavendish Jewellers we wish for your special purchases to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made by our insured courier service and will reach you within 1-7 working days*.

*If your item has to be ordered direct from suppliers and we are unable to despatch your order within our 'normal' 1-7 day delivery, we will contact you to discuss and advise.

For rings which have been ordered in a different size to that which is advertised, we will contact you to discuss and advise on delivery times.

Please Note: We can only deliver to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland. All orders must be signed for upon receipt.

Monday to Thursday before 3pm : Despatched Same Day / Expected Next Day Delivery (8am-1pm)
 
Monday to Thursday after 3pm : Despatched Next Working Day / Expect Delivery Working Day after Day of Despatch (8am-1pm)

Friday before 3pm : Despatched Same Day / Expected Delivery Saturday/Monday * (8am-1pm)
*Royal Mail Special Delivery not guaranteed on a Saturday

Friday after 3pm & Weekends: Despatched Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) / Delivered Day after Day of Despatch (8am-1pm)

To help fight online fraud www.cavendishjewellers.co.uk is pro-active in recognising fraudulent transactions, our checks are essential and completed for each and every transaction to protect the security of both our customers and our business.

From time to time we may contact you by phone or e-mail to request additional proof of identity before we dispatch your order, where possible we will endeavour to conduct our security checks inside our delivery service level agreement.
